waited months for the 7 brl model. the wait was worth it. have put over 1500 rds thru it and no problems at all. shoots well open sights but with ultra-dot red dot this thing will drive tacks at 50yrds. easy to clean and shoots great.

Took pistol to the range and put about 200 rounds through it without any malfunction. Discovered that you have to be sure that magazine is fully inserted, Will not fire unless this is done. Once I got accustomed to the trigger take up, the gun was very accurate. Very happy with the fit and finish. Pistol is exactly what I was looking for.

I have had the 7 inch model for a couple years. I added the wood grips and comfort level was a great improvement. It has a Nikon Buckmaster 4-14X40, BDC, scope. I use this pistol for SB Metallic Silhouette at our rifle club. I also shoot competition SB Rifle Metallic Silhouette. My 22a has the best accuracy with CCI Std Velocity and the longest distance we shoot is 77 meters in our sport. I have not tried Wolf Match or SK Std + as the pistol is still more accurate than me. One of our club members who works for our local Gander Mountain Store and most knowledgeable, recommended this pistol to me. He was right!

Gun is well balanced, easy to shoot and very accurate: 7" barrel makes a difference. I originally sighted it for 25 meters and was doing OK, but after putting some whiteout on the front sight and two dots on the rear, I was doing 4" groups at 50 meters. Great gun for target practice.

The instrction say to shoot several boxes of ammo to find one that is suitable for your weapon. I am still in the process of finding the right one, however it is fun looking for it. It is not flawless in feeding but the jams are easy to correct, and in the process you get to know more about it. the first hundred rounds at 25 feet with iron sights, indoor range, never went outside the target area. With a red dot sight at 50 feet, same result,33 shots ( I like the plus one feature), 4 inside 5.5 in. ring,29 inside the 4 in. ring, with 15 of those in the eye. Not a record breaker, but what the heck, I''m 81 and only been at it for a few years. I can manage takedown to clean it but must admit that it is a bit hard to do. I am finding that with my shooting, once a week, that my hands are regaining their former strength. I enjoy this 22 and you would have to pry it from my cold hands, (not dead yet). Buy one, have fun.
