Unlike the previous review, I do not find the front sight to be any problem. I checked mine and it is solid. I use a firm fitting Uncle Mike''s Holster. In holstering the weapon the front sight comes in contact with the front, flat, rigid, part of the holster first and then angles down for a straight vertical entrance. The front sight makes first contact with the holster always. Still, no problems with the front sight. I tried to dislodge it with my thumb and fore finger, but could not do so. Perhaps he got one with a problem on that front sight. Smith & Wesson or Walther would have been more than happy to repair it. I love the weapon, but it is what it is, a .22LR, mid-sized, handgun, and no more. The unmistaken quality and performance are apparent. The weapon functions and performs as it should without any issues. It is perfect for CC if one desires to use for that purpose. Light weight, smaller size, using CCI Stingers, makes it is a formidable CC weapon. It has proven to be dependable, solid, performing, and priced right. I would give this weapon a max. rating.
