I've had this exact gun for over a year now and have put countless rounds through it. I've yet to be disappointed. I did my research before buying, and it paid off. I found (through reading) that you do not want to buy one that has the serial number beginning in "L". Anything post "L" is good to go. If you have an "L" series serial number there is a problem with jamming, misfeeds, and possible misfires. Apparently the majority of the problems come from the ramp. According to what I've read, Walther will fix these guns free of charge. Other than that, beautiful plinker, great for getting the bunnies.

Ease of loading magazine could use some improvement...small bullets and my big hands I guess.
The number of options is exceptional suppressor / lights / lasers / etc...
My wife ]50 YO and 105#[ has an older revolver whose trigger pull is about 20# she cannot pull the hammer back for single action or pull the trigger for double action...so much for self protection. However, the P22 trigger pull in single or double action is great for her, no problem what-so-ever! Recoil is minimal, target spread good too. I thought it was supposed to be my hand gun, guess I get the old revolver now!
thanks. DJL
