Unlike the PT-22 the PT-25 is a reliable pistol.It is a pleasure to shoot and quite accurate at close range.It is not intended as a fighting weapon.
A larger caliber in a small frame size such as a Kahr PM9 , Ruger LCP,or a 5 shot snubbie in .357cal is more appropriate for certain social situations for carry. Reliability is essenntial for a carry gun .The PT 25 is reliable but it shoots a marginal round.
