I have shot 45 Llamas, full size Stars, compact Stars,Colts,Sigs, and now Smith and Wesson 1911 45 ACP, none of them come close to the Smith and Wesson.
I have been shooting and handloading over 40 years. In that 40 years I have shot a lot of guns of different types and calibers. My Smith and Wesson model 27, 8 3/8 shoots very well. I really like that S&W 45 1911. I have shot about 500 rounds in it, 185 Nosler and 185 Remington jacketed hollow points with no jams. I am not what you would call a good shot, I just enjoy shooting.
